Please clear the cookies and cache of your browser then log into https://cloud.acrobat.com to export your PDF files.

Please let me know and provide me with more information( failure message if available) if you still have the same issue.

Please let us know more information.

1. Any PDF files cannot be exported to any format?

2. Any error messages when the exporting is failed?

3. Please use another browser (Please clear the cache and cookies before use it)

4. Your PDF file is either encrypted, complex or big file size?

Tried 15 different files. All 2 page max. For fill and sign.
