Dear Customer Service staff,
I just subscribed the service to convert PDF files into word files. However, the quality of the converted files are totally unacceptable. I am attaching the image of the files that I wanted to convert and then that are converted which are totally useless. Please help me cancel my membership. Thank you.

I'm sorry to hear that the ExportPDF subscription didn't work out for you. The quality of the conversion depends on the quality of the PDF you convert (and that can vary depending on what application created it).
Your order is still pending processing, so I'm not able to cancel it myself. Please Contact Customer Care so that an agent can take care of that for you. Since you're canceling within the first 30 days, you'll receive a full refund.
