Mondayafternoon I have send 10 links by adobe send and no one had received them !

I am NOT happy that I can not be sure that the mails will be send and received when I pay for the service !

It's the first time since I use the system.

What is the problem ????

Could you please confirm, how you have been accessing the service? Is it online via https://cloud.acrobat.com/send ? Or through the desktop application Adobe Reader DC?

Also, could you please share the exact workflow that you follow to send the files? Are you sharing it through the link or as an attachment?

Help us with the more detail to understand the issue in better manner.

Thanks for responding.

I had used the system via send-website ( https://forums.adobe.com/external-link.jspa?url=https%3A%2F%2Fcloud.acrobat.com%2Fsend ) shring by link.

Yesterday I send them again as an attachment and they where all received.

Everything was done with an XP-computer and firefox.

Today I am not able to go to the site by this computer, with windows10-laptop I can reach it normaly ????

I send you a "printscreen" of the send items, opened with laptop.

As its mentioned above about that it doesn't work with the Win-XP and it does with the Win-10, so there could be a possibility that its just a web browser issue.

You may try with a different web browser.

It can't be the issue, next day I tried a test with my own adres and it worked !

Each 3 month's I used the system on the same computer (win-xp) without any problems and that day I had 10 sends that didn't go through without any sign that there was something wrong !

Was there an issue that mondayafternoon on the site that can explaine what has happend ???

There wasn't any outage or maintenance going on on that particular time period.

It could be a temporary problem. Is it working now? Or sill the same?

Next day I had tried to send one to my own addresse without any problem like I already wrote !

Hopefully it was a onetime event, I will know over tree months when I have to send new ones.

Otherwise I will end using this system when I can not be sure that I can depend on it !

You have received all my input I can deliver. It's your task to look for the cause...
