the latest version acrobat in win10 can not show document cloud. i have already logged on my account. and the document cloud display well in my iphone , my ipad and my pc. why is that? i need to use my document cloud on my laptop nowy

Hi concertinous

Assuming that you are talking about not being able to access your files on your laptop.

i suggest you to please log in to  https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent  and you should be able to find all your files there if the files are saved and stored on the cloud.

well,thanks for your answer. But I confirm that all my files have been stored and checked on the cloud. I can check and read all my files on the acrobat on my iPhone iPad and desktop without any problems. I am confused that i can't see the "document cloud" button on the left side in my acrobat reader app in win10.
