There was a charge for $134.24 on my Visa. What would this be for?

Hi Tivi,

Was that charge from Adobe? I've looked at your account, and the only order that I can see if for an Acrobat Pro subscription (billed at $19.99/month, plus tax).

When was the charge incurred?

Hi Sara,

Thanks for the quick reply. The charge was from Adobe Systems on December 03, 2013 for $114.96US, ( $134.24CDN).

Hi Dave,

I can't find any record under your email address of any charges back that far, so I'm guessing that you may have used a different email address. It may be easiest to Contact Customer Care so that an agent can help you track down what that charge was for.

Oops!! The transaction was dated 12/03/14 not 2013.

Should I still contact customer care?

I do suggest that you contact Customer Care, because I don't see any transactions for the amount you're referencing.

An agent should be able to get to the bottom of things.
