Hi,

I have created a form using Acrobat X Pro with field to add a signature, the form works fine and my colleague is able to add a signature, however, whenever we send it (we have created a Save and Send button) we keep getting an error message come up as below.

Adobe Error.png

It is really important that this form is sent out in the next day or so but I can't seem to find the problem.

If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.

Caroline

Hi Caroline,

Have you "enabled" the form for saving? Please try choosing File > Save As > Reader Extended PDF > Enable Additional Features, and then save and close the file. Then, resend your form.

Please let us know if that did the trick.

Best,

Sara

Hello Sara,

Yes I have done all this.  If fact yesterday I changed the submit button from an FDF format to a PDF format.  This seemed to work well yesterday, there were no warning messages and the signature showed no problem.  However, this morning when a colleague inserted her signature, into the for and sent it, there was no warning message but the signature could not be seen?

This issue has not only put us behind schedule sending the forms out but is starting to drive me crazy :-& So any other ideas would be most appreciated.

Thanks

Carline
