took money dosent show i bought on adobe's end

So apple's ipad has a confirm button and a cancel button  to purchase apps. well intstead of me hitting cancel i hit confirm.  been chatting with adobe and they said i didnt buy anything from them.  but my bank account says otherwise.  23.99 for adobe export.   customer service said not showing up on their end.  i sent them a copy of confirmation email and got back a "i should ignore that message".  i feel like im getting kinda scammed here.  i hope to get that money back.

I'm sorry for your frustration, and I'm not sure why you were told to ignore your receipt from Apple. In-app purchases go through the Apple store, so refunds need to be handled by Apple. (That is why your Adobe account doesn't reflect your purchase.)

Have you contacted Apple regarding a refund?
