Hi there,

Wondering if there's an easy way to track the number of times a PDF is opened. Essentially, we have PDFs uploaded on our site, but often a single download can result in thousands of opens across an organization. We'd like to track how often a PDF is opened across its "lifespan". Is this possible?

Thanks,

David

Hi Davidf,

We apologize that we couldn't respond your query on time.

You can check online on https://cloud.acrobat.com/sentfiles  how many times a pdf files opened.

The easiest way to track the activity of the files shared is explained in the help document- Using Adobe Send & Track

You may go through it.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Akanchha
