I am leaving the company I work for.  Can my Adobe Export PDF license be transferred to another user?

As I understand with the description above, you want to transfer the Adobe Export PDF license to another user, Is that correct?

Adobe subscription cannot be transferred from one user to another. To manage your account/subscription, you may refer to FAQ | Adobe Export PDF, Document Cloud
