Translate from Spanish to English

I bought the adobe Export and managed to convert the document from a PDF to Word, but also need to convert it from Spanish to English. When I try to do this it send my document online for the conversion and it is unreadable.  Thought that this adobe would translate for me?

Adobe have no products or services to translate languages. When you choose a language you are telling it the current language of the file, so it can recognise the text, language, accents and spelling.
