Good afternoon,
I kindly seek guidance. I purchased a month's subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro. When I tried to download it, I received an error message stating that it was an unsupported language/platform. I work on a PC. Could I have downloaded the Mac version by mistake?

It's more likely that you have an unsupported version of Windows. Please see the system requirements for Acrobat Pro: Tech specs | Adobe Acrobat XI Pro
Is it possible that you're using Windows Vista?
