As mentioned, you have Export PDF subscription so the form that you have referred above is that a converted form? Or you have pdf document which is not in correct format?
- Also, how you have been using the Export PDF service? Online on https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf or through Adobe Reader DC?
- If its causing problem online then must try with different web browser or through the desktop application.
- Try with the different document than what you have been trying to download.
If non of the solution works then send the original document to us, we would test the same at our end.
