Hi Jessicak,

Edited-

Sorry for the delay.

As mentioned above, that its an scanned PDF document that you have not been able to export in Excel and getting a blank page. So, is that the only document that is giving a blank page in result or every document that you scan is resulting the same?

Hi Jessicak,

Sorry for the delay.

As mentioned above, that its an scanned PDF document that you have not been able to export in Excel and getting a blank page. So, is that the only document that is giving a blank page in result or every document that you scan is resulting the same?

If you are working online and doing the conversion via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  then you must check with a different web browser.

As exporting a scanned pdf to an excel format might not result appropriate, but it should also not give a blank page. So you may also try the conversion using desktop application Adobe Reader DC and check the result.

Because the quality of converted document depends on the quality of the PDF file you start with. The quality of a converted document get affected if the scanned pdf -

  • Is a hand written document and then its scanned to create pdf.
  • Also, depends on document's background.
  • Or the scanned pdf isn't a high quality pdf or less than 300 dpi.

We would be looking forward for the update on this.

Regards,

Akanchha
