I have been unable to upload a 1.31MB pdf file for conversion. The system seems to lock up as it just sits in a suspended state for 1 1/2 hours. If your software cannot make the conversion it should state that result so as not to waste my time. I spoke with customer service and re-started with their help and subsequently emailed them that the application did not work. I have keyboarded this project and no loner need this application. Please refund my payment.
