A monthly payment is coming out of my bank account but I didn't think I had signed up for it. I want to cancel it but I can't sign on. They say they cannot find an account with the two email addresses I have or my phone number.
what do I do to cancel it?

As mentioned that you are being billed monthly, but we are not able to see any subscription active. Kindly confirm that which email has the active subscription on a private message. Also, check out the link for the cancellation process:
