trying to convert pdf file to Word

I have done this task before now it is not working asking me to subscribe to adobe.

Are you using the "Export" function in Adobe Acrobat, or do you have a subscription to Adobe's ExportPDF service (or the PDF Pack)? If you are using the online ExportPDF service, are you uploading directly to the web site, or are you using the interface built into the free Adobe Reader?
