I'm sure I have selected the enterprise profile, but I can't access any files from the shared links of my colleagues. Every time I access the files, it will jump to the adobe.com home page. I can only access files with a guest account
I can receive notifications from colleagues sharing files from the notification menu, once click the link it will jump to the adobe.com home page
.
In the portail of adobe acrobat, the "recent" file is always in the loading state, and an error message "Unable to display Recent files. Please check later." will pop up.
Very frustrated and my company IT has no solution. HELP!

As mentioned above, you cannot open the shared file using the enterprise profile.
Would you mind sharing the screen recording of how you tried to open the PDF and what happened?
It will help us to understand the issue.
In the meantime, try using an alternate browser and check if the same thing happens. Try sharing a test file from an alternate account and check if you can open it.

We have checked the recording it seems to be the wierd behavior.
Could you please let us know if it happens with all the files shared to this account? Also, check and confirm if it happens with the files sahred from a aprticualr source.

Dear Meenakshi,
I am not able to answer the question now, Because in our company, only this colleague shares PDF review in this way. So all my links come from him (only one resource).
Other colleagues can use their adobe account to access the shared link.
is it possible that you can share a file to my account so I can try it out?
