Unable to access paid Adobe ExportPDF service

New Here ,

HI, new to the forum and newbie in many ways to Adobe (and a computer novice).  Several years ago I paid to get the pdf reader/converter on my work computer; it was fine for a year and then when I had to renew the licence I couldn't use the program again... it just didn't work  I am still having the payment taken from my credit card, but I don't know why I cant use the Adobe pdf reader/converter, and I don't know who to ask.  I have a credit card statement that says that I have paid for the licence again - but when I logged in to my account on-line - it says it expired 41 days ago.  Any advice please?  Also - do I have to log into this forum to see the replies - or do I get an email link?

If you are using the free desktop app of Adobe Reader DC and getting the error message, please sign out and sign back in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader DC and see if this makes any difference.
