I have two simultaneous accounts. I don't know why. One of them just renewed in February 2018 and is scheduled to renew again in February 2019. The other I'm not sure about because I could get the information yesterday but today I can't. However, neither of the accounts work because I bought a new computer which came with a trial period of Adobe, and now that the trial period is over, it wants me to buy. No, I'm not buying. I want access to the account I already have. How do I get it?
Hi David,
Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused to you.
As per your current account status, it seems that you have subscribed for the Adobe PDF Pack in past. But under the current account, the subscription status is canceled.
As shared, that you have two accounts so there is a possibility that you have an active subscription under the other account. And because of you have been Signing In using the current email its not letting you to access the service.

PDF Pack has no trial, so I think you had a trial of something else. Hence, this something else has stopped working because it isn't covered by your subscription...
