Unable to cancel Adobe Document Cloud month-by-month subscription

I am unable to cancel my Adobe Document Cloud month-by-month subscription.  I have been all through the help, FAQ and everything I can find.  The site takes me through circles.  I am unable to locate a phone number or way to contact Adobe on this topic.  Can anyone assist me?

Additionally, I was unable to post this in the Document Cloud forum, the option was greyed out.
