Annullamento abbonamento Adobe stock pack
Non riesco ad annullare l'abbonamento ad Adobe Stock....dopo essere entrato nel mio account, vado in prodotti, vado in gestisci piano ma non me lo fa cancellare, non esiste un'assistenza telefonica in italiano...come caspita si fa a togliere questo abbonamento...???

As per the description above, you are not able to cancel the current Adobe PDFPack subscription you have on your current Adobe ID, Is that correct?
Currently you are subscribed to Adobe PDFPack subscription on your Adobe ID and it is in an inactive state due to a billing issue(no-payment) from the month of October 2017 as the payment for the subscription got declined due to less credit in the card you have in the account and due to the inactive state of the subscription you are not able to cancel it. But there is no subscription for Adobe Stock.
