unable to convert from pdf to word.

I am logged into my account online however I am unable to convert from pdf to word. Increasing issue lately especially since account renewal just recently; will not work then suddenly able to convert.  Unable to contact Adobe for answers.

Sorry for the delay in response.

Are you still experiencing this issue? If yes, could you let us know if there is any error message you are getting when trying to use export pdf services. Also, try exporting pdf using a different web browser and check if that works.
