As per the issue description, you are getting a message to purchase the Export PDF subscription when you try to export a PDF, Is that correct?
As per the records, you have an active subscription of Adobe ExportPDF on your Adobe ID. Sign in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password to use the services.
You can also download the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to use the services.
You cannot edit PDF files with Adobe ExportPDF and Adobe Reader.

Please make sure you are logged in with your Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader.
