The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe PDFPack services on your current Adobe ID, please try to access the services through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

You can also use the free desktop version of Adobe Reader DC to use the services of Adobe PDFPack, just "sign-in" with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader DC, to download Adobe Reader DC use the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Sorry for the delay in response to your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused. As per the screenshot, I can understand that the error is Conversion failure, Is that correct?

Please try converting any other PDF through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if the issue is reproducible?

For testing purpose, please connect the machine to a different network environment like a guest wired/wireless network or a mobile hotspot and then try converting the PDF.

You may also try it on your mobile hotspot and see if you still get the error message.

If it is specific to one PDF file, Is it possible to share the PDF file with us so that we can try it at our end? To share the PDF file, refer to How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud
