Unable to convert PDF, Sign in issue

I have verifed ID and Password but cant sign in to convert PDF has old email ID and says ID and password dont match

Hello Aria,

As per the description above, you are not able to you are not able to sign in with the email address through which you are subscribed with Adobe ExportpDF pack, Is that correct?
