Unable to convert the file in Adobe Reader

I am signed in and when I click on convert in adobe reader I get an error message. Nothing works.

Hi Eberndt,

As shared above, that you are trying to convert a file. I assume you are trying to Export a pdf file to a different format?

What is the exact error message you are getting on the screen and in which format you have been trying to convert the document?

For testing purpose try with a different file and see if that works-Using Adobe Export PDF

Also, check the conversion online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf (Sign In with the same Adobe ID)

Let us know if it still doesn't fix the problem.
