Unable to covert PDF to Word, getting buy plans page.

How do I enable the transfer to word doc option?  I always get a screen showing the various plans and payments...I already have a plan and for two years have not been able to access this feature.  Please help.  Thank you.

Hi Sallyh47880300,

First you need to check the application you are working on, whether its Adobe Acrobat DC or Adobe Acrobat Reader DC?

You need to download Reader DC Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

You have subscribed for the "Export PDF" which is an online service that you can use on https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  and also with desktop application Acrobat Reader DC.

Also, make sure that you are "Signed In" in the application using the same email address under which you have registered for the Export PDF.

Let us know if it still doesn't work.

Hi Sally,

Have you tried the steps suggested above?

I assume you have not "Signed In" in the Adobe Reader DC app using the correct email address under which you have subscription(exactly same as using on forum).

Follow the instruction mentioned in help document- Using Adobe Export PDF

Yes, I did sign in with the Adobe…using what I have as the current email and password.

I will try again next week.
