I've been charged for the software - I don't have a download option and it doesn't work - I can't talk to a real person - how do I get my money back and out of the system?

But you can access the services through a browser and can be accessed through desktop and mobile app Adobe Reader DC.
Access the services through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser.
You can also use the free desktop version of Adobe Reader DC to use the services of Adobe PDFPack, just "sign-in" with your current Adobe ID in Adobe Reader DC. To download Adobe Reader, use the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Has my free trial been cancelled and any subscription?

I could not get access to change one word in a form so I gave up on the 7 day free trail which ends tomorrow. Please cancel my subscription. I did send an email on the 8 September but it bounched.

PDF pack isn't for downloading. And PDF Pack isn't for changing text.
