unable to download/save a converted Word file

After converting a PDF file to Word, I cannot download or save the file.  The message was there was an error or fail to download.

Are you still struggling to download the converted file? If yes, then you may refer to the couple of steps suggested below-

1- How exactly you are converting PDF to word? If it was online via web browser Adobe Document Cloud, then you must try it using a different web browser or delete cache and cookies of the current one and try again.

2- Install free desktop application Adobe Reader DC Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions  Sign In using your Adobe ID and password.

3- If it still doesn't work, then you may please share the screenshot of error message: https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot
