why cant I export a certain PDF-file to excel, when other PDF works fine to export? License is paid.

As per the description above, you are not able to Export a PDF file into Excel file, Is that correct?

Please try to export the PDF file using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password and check if it makes any difference.

What is the error message you get when you export the PDF file?

Is it possible to share a screenshot of the error or issue you get while exporting the PDF? To share the screenshot refer to How to share a document
