Hello Barbaraa,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to convert a PDF file to Word document, is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service on your current Adobe ID, try exporting the PDF file through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

If you are using the freeware Adobe Reader DC and facing the issue, sign out and sign back in Adobe Reader using your Adobe ID and password and check for any pending updates from help>check for updates. Reboot the machine and try exporting the PDF file.

For more troubleshooting, you can refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...

Let us know how it goes and share your findings.

Regards,

Anand Sri.

I am having the same issue and the link provided above doesn't work.  I'm getting error message 400.  I've tried in firefox, Safari and chrome. Is there another option?

Hi Desalene,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

This issue might have been temporary. We tried reproducing this issue at our end and is not reproducible

Would you please confirm if the issue is still reproducible at your end. Also, if it is, is it possible to open the link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf on your mobile device and check if it still persists.

Please let us know how it works.
