unable to export pdf files

After subscribing and signing in, when I try to convert a pdf file to Word and click on :chose files from my computer" the software does not recognize any  pdf files on my computer.

What is the default application for pdf files  on your computer set to?

Try downloading any new test pdf from our website and check.

Hi Rave,

My default pdf application is Adobe Reader X. Actually I can export and covert individual pdf files easily using the tools menu, The only thing that does not work is the search for files from my documents. Not too important, but thanks for your help.
