Please let me know more information:

1. Are you trying Export from Adobe Reader or online at https://cloud.acrobat.com?

2. Any error messages is shown?

3. Does this happen to any PDF file or any format such as exporting to doc/docx/rtf?

4.Is your PDF file encrypted(password protected or any restriction added)?

     note: You can find out about encryption by opening the PDF file in Reader.  Right mouse click over the PDF in Reader then select "Document Properties..." and select "Security" tab.
