Unable to print or download pdf shared to me

Hello, 
When someone shares an asset with me, my only option is to add a comment. Why can't I download or print this document? Screenshot 2023-12-06 140658.png

 

You'll see there are no icons or actions in the upper toolbar.

Could you please confirm how you are opening the files? Did you try to open it directly from your Acrobat Online account? If not, please try.

Also, let us know the steps you use to open the document for review on this page. We will try to replicate the behavior.
