Unable to send documents for signature with send for signature- keep getting "could not send error"

Currently unable to send documents for signature, getting the message - Could not Send.

Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. If you are using Adobe Reader to send files, please sign out and sign back in and see if this brings any difference.

Try sending the documents using the URL https:/cloud.acrobat.com/sendforsignature and see if you get the same error message
