What is the reason for "Unable to send file. Please try again later." This has been on and off for a few weeks and when opening links that do send they just load with out opening.

Hey there,

 

Sorry for the delay in response to your issue reported.

Looking at the description given above, it seems you are getting this error quite frequently. There isn't any issue reported for the same or some outage with the service. I wonder it couldn't be some intermittent issue with the Internet connection. 

Have you checked with a different web browser? If not, then open another browser and try through that.

This is not through a browser. Trying to share pdf from Acrobat on MacOS desktop

Acrobat version 2022.003.20258

MacOS version Monterey 12.6

- For testing, try sending the file from the Document Cloud web https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/

It is the top document in this list.

I had another fail last week. Just thought it may be temporary server error.
However, I was able to make it share via the online portal.
Please advise correction for making it work from desktop.
