Unable to start using Export pdf subscription. Redirecting to Buy now page.

I have subscription for adobe export PDF but for the last few days  when ever I go to export doc and it takes me to pay for subscription page again and again. It is very frustrating not to be able to access service even after paying.

Hi Neerjad,

We see that you have an active subscription of Export PDF registered under your Adobe account. Since you have mentioned that web page is keep directing you to buy now page, so that's generally happen because-

1. Either you have not downloaded the correct application, and trying to access the service through Adobe Acrobat DC.
2. Or you have signed in using an incorrect email address.

If you have ever used the trial version of Adobe Acrobat DC, then you need to uninstall it first to use the Export PDF service. As it works with the free application Adobe Reader DC only not the Acrobat DC.

Follow the steps mentioned below, to activate the subscription.

1- Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via: Adobe Document Cloud

2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat  Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.
