Unable to upload to Acrobat.com from Acrobat Pro X

I am having problems uploading files to Acrobat.com directly from Acrobat Pro X on a Win 7 machine.

I believe the regisrtry is correct but I do not see "Online Services" listed in the Acrobat preferences

Any help would be appreciated

Could you share the steps you were taking to upload files to Acrobat.com from Acrobat X Pro?

The reason I ask is that we've added integration with Acrobat.com in Acrobat XI.
