No connectivity message when trying to convert a PDF to word - a service I have paid for, but my internet is working.  Does anyone know how to help with this?

I just purchased Adobe PDF Exporter and I can't use it.  What gives?  I have an internet connection but the message I get says there is not internet connectivity? Anyone know what to do about this?

Hello Karenm,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, As per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe ExportPDF service, Is that correct?

The record shows that the Adobe ExportPDF service on your current Adobe ID is inactive and canceled. If you have subscribed the service through another Adobe ID(email address), you can sign in on the following URL to use the ExportPDF service https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

For more troubleshooting steps, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...  Link: https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-8841
