The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service on your current Adobe ID. You can use the service through a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password.

If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader or want to use the Adobe ExportPDF service, download and install Adobe Reader DC Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

Sign in with your current Adobe ID and password and use the service.
