Unable to use Adobe ExportPDF services.

mi è stato addebitato l'abbonamento annuale Adobe Export pdf con fattura IEE2017003464185 PER IL 2018 MA IL SERVIZIO NON è DISPONIBILE se provo ad utilizzare il servizio vengo reindirizzata alla pagina di acquisto  quindi ripristinate il servizio avendo già prelevato il denaro dalla mia carta di credito

As per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe ExportPDF services as it's directing you to a purchase page, Is that correct?

The record shows that you have an active subscription of Adobe ExportPDF services Using Adobe Export PDF on your Adobe ID.

You can use the services through your online account, Sign in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password.

You may also install the  free desktop version of Adobe Reader to use the services of Export PDF. Sign in with your Adobe ID and password in Reader DC.
