Hello thomasb94456690

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to export a PDF file into Word, Is that correct?

The record shows that you have an active subscription to Adobe ExportPDF on your current Adobe ID, please try to export the PDF file using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.

If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader DC and facing the issue, please sign out and sign back in Adobe Reader DC with your current Adobe ID and password and check for any pending updates from Help>Check for updates. Reboot the machine and try exporting the PDF file.

Have you tried exporting any other PDF file and checked? If the issue is with one specific PDF file, Is it possible to share the PDF file with us so that we can try it at our end? To share the PDF file using Adobe Send feature, and share the link via private message. How Do I Send Private Message

For more troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...

Let us know how it goes and share your findings.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
