Unable to use Create PDF after subscribing for PDF Pack.

J'ai souscrit à un abonnement pour pouvoir combiner des fichiers pdf.Le paiement a été exécuté.Pourtant cette option (combiner des fichiers) n'est pas encore active.Dois-je encore attendre ?

As per the information shared above, yes I do see that you are a subscriber to Adobe PDF Pack. And the subscription is up and running fine.

Make sure that you have downloaded the right application Adobe Reader DC Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions  to activate your service.

Also, you need to "Sign In" with correct email address under which you have signed up for service.
