I have spotted regular unauthorised card payments to this company which I have never authorised I don't use these products and to make things worse I have been charged twice!! Pleaaase stop taking payments! I don't even have these downloaded and pleaase stop taking so much money you have been charging me twice for something I don't use. I want these funds refunded immediately please and this account I seem to have with you deleted completely.

Those charges are for an Acrobat subscription that was placed back on June 29, 2014. I am unable to cancel annual subscriptions, or I would. Please Contact Customer Care. A Customer Care agent should be able to help you sort things out.
