Until a month ago I was able to convert PDF to Word and also to edit, I can't do it anymore..... why?

Also, I would like to speak with someone from Adobe.....it seems impossible! any ideas?

Do you mean that you cannot log into our service as we see service unavailable page or you see the error from exporting your PDF file to Word file?

Hi, I have the same error, cannot convert to pdf, nor from pdf to word anymore and my subscription is annual from June 2017 up to june 2018...

What is the problem?
