Upgrade form Export PDF to PDF Pack

I want to upgrade form Export PDF to PDF Pack but the system does not allow and refers me to Support. I cancelled the Export PDF subscription as requested but it still does not work. Suggestions?

We apologize for the inconvinience caused. As per the description above, you want to subscribe to Adobe PDFPack, Is that correct?

The upgrade option from Adobe ExportPDF to PDFPack is not available. The record shows  that the Adobe ExportPDF service is in canceling state.
