Suddenly my acrobat.com page won't upload a file. I upload a pdf in the normal manner and it sits and goes through the upload process for a good 10-20 minutes, but then nothing shows up in the cloud. I've tried multiple different documents, but nothing works. I only have one other doc uploaded right now and it's only 25 MB, so I don't think it's a space issue, and I've had up to 7 or 8 other docs uploaded before, so I'm not sure what has changed in the past week. I'm working on a Mac but am having this problem with Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. Any thoughts?

How large is the files that you're trying to upload? Does it show up if you clear the browser cache and reload Acrobat.com?

I was trying some larger documents- about 80 MB. Is that too large? Up until now, the biggest I uploaded was about 30 MB and those were fine. Once I started seeing this problem I started testing stuff and tried a 45 MB doc, and even that wouldn't upload. I looked around the site and couldn't find a max upload size, but I didn't spend much time on that, so may have missed that. I know I'm not even close to the maximum cloud storage for the version I have, but is there a maximum size of doc I can upload? I also have tried clearing everything, reloading the site- all of it. Still nothing will show up.

Hi megeh09,
You're not bumping into any file size limits with an 80 MB file. How many files do you have in the root folder of your Acrobat.com account? If there are a large amount, you might try moving some of them into a subfolder.
Other things you can try are clearing the browser cache, or using a different browser. See System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported web browsers.
