Uploading files from a smart phone

I cannot seem to upload my pdf in Adobe Reader on my phone to acrobat.com.

Tell me more! What version of Reader mobile are you using? What happens when you try to upload a file? Have you been able to upload PDF files perviously?

Hi.

I am using Adobe Reader for my phone...not sure how I can tell the version.

I can see the file I want to send on my phone in the Reader, but when I click to upload it it closes and takes me back to the applications page on my phone.

I have loaded up files and shared them before.

Any ideas?

Do I understand correctly that the Reader app is closing automatically when you try to upload? For starters (regardless of whether you have Reader for iOS, Android, or Windows Phone), please go to the appropriate app store and make sure that you have the most current version of the Reader app.

I have version 10.3 - is that the right version?

That's actually quite out-of-date. Let's see if updating the app resolves the issue.
