using cloud

i have uploaded files to cloud and when i try to open them, it instructs me to download them as they cannot be opened there. if i still have to save them in documents for this purpose, why use cloud???  hellllllllllllllllllllllllllllllppp!!

Many file types can be viewed directly on the cloud, including PDF and image formats.  Just hover the cursor for a quick preview or double click to view.  Some PDFs (XML forms, encrypted, etc.) may not be able to be viewed online and require download and open in Acrobat or Reader.

Storing files in the cloud gives you a reliable place to keep them from which you can download to any computer, or open directly from desktop Reader, Acrobat, or mobile and tablet Reader.  You can do some things from the web browser, but much of the value comes from access from multiple devices.
