How do you try to upload? If you’re in a browser, what web address? Did you sign up for the free cloud?

Hey there!

Please confirm the exact version of Acrobat you are working on? CS4 is an extremely old version of CS series and Acrobat associated with this suit doesn't have cloud feature available.

You'll get to to access Document Cloud service only with Acrobat DC (latest version) or as asked by expert if you have sign up for free cloud.

Thanks,

Akanchha
